We are so excited for another class with the wonderful Helen. She cooks incredible Eritrean food and is a teacher and story-teller. She will share the secrets to a range of traditional vegan Eritrean dishes.
During the class you will work with Helen and the group to collectively prepare at least three authentic and traditional Eritrean dishes which will be followed by a dinner with chef served family style.
This is your chance to learn a brand new cuisine, support an amazing cause and eat great food!

This is a family style cookery class where we will collectively prepare 3 or 4 dishes. The chef will divide the class into groups with each one responsible for creating 1 of the dishes. You are also free to move around during the class to learn about the other dishes. The chef will recap each of the dishes throughout the evening and at the end of the class so that everyone can learn about all of the dishes.
