Eligibility Criteria

Must be London based
Must be over 18 years old
Must be an asylum seeker, refugee or migrant facing significant barriers to integration in the UK ( See statement on our eligibility criteria here )
English Entry Level 2
Passion for cooking (no formal qualifications required)
Availability to attend the course dates and teach cookery classes in the evenings following completion of training

What we expect from you

Must be punctual, accurate in time-keeping & able to attend at least 90% of training sessions
Has reliable communication and organisation skills
Must be respectful, kind, and open to meeting new people and learning new cuisines
Committed to complying with food hygiene and health and safety laws (you will receive training in how to do this)
