Hi My name is Cathy and I am from Hong Kong, located in the southeastern part of China, where a mix of Eastern and Western cultures contribute to the diversity of food culture. Hong Kong has earned the title of the ‘Culinary Paradise” and offers a wide variety of food and international cuisines. My cooking classes are based on this culture, teaching traditional and popular food in Hong Kong.

More About My Story
I learned to cook from my mother and cooked for my younger siblings when I was seven years old. After I got married and had my own kitchen, I was so happy that I could try different cuisines. To me, cooking is definitely an alchemy, turning ordinary ingredients into delicious dishes. Cooking for my family and friends makes me very happy and I would love to share this joy with you.
