About the chef

Mina

Iran

My name is Mina and I am Iranian. I come from the southwest part of Iran but grew up in Tehran within a large family. I learned as a teenager the pleasure of cooking. My dishes are based on traditional Iranian recipes to which I have added my creative twist. Cooking has become a joyful way for me to have a positive impact on individuals and groups. For me, cooking is not just a skillful blending of flavours and colours, but something that brings people together to talk and connect.

More About My Story

My classes are a way to create memorable moments for participants. I value community engagement and work as a volunteer in a local charity, hoping to make a positive contribution to the lives of others. At some point, I would like to use my degree in business management and my experience in event managementto set up my own business.
