| 1. | Voucher purchase | ● Migrateful Gift Vouchers can only be purchased through our Website www.migrateful.org |
| ● Vouchers ordered through our website will be delivered automatically by electronic means to the email address specified at the time of order. | ||
| ● Migrateful cannot be held responsible if the email address entered is incorrect and someone other than the intended recipient uses the gift voucher. | ||
| 2. | Voucher use | ● Vouchers can be used as payment towards a Migrateful cookery class or Migrateful event. |
| 3. | Voucher value | ● A voucher / portion thereof cannot be exchanged or refunded for cash under any circumstances. |
| 4. | Voucher expiry & extensions | ● The voucher is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of issue. |
| ● After the expiry date, the voucher becomes void, and Migrateful will not be liable for its redemption or replacement. | ||
| ● Voucher extensions are not permitted. | ||
| 5. | Voucher Transferability | ● The voucher is transferable to another person. When this occurs, the voucher holder is subject to the same Terms & Conditions as all voucher holders. |
| 6. | Voucher Redemption | ● To redeem the voucher, the holder must provide the unique voucher code during the online booking process. | ||||
| ● The value of the voucher will be deducted from the total cost of the selected class or event. | ||||||
| ● If the chosen class exceeds the voucher value, the remaining balance and any booking fees must be paid by the voucher holder. | ||||||
| ● If the chosen class or event is lower in value than the value of the ticket, the remaining balance cannot be refunded, redeemed for cash or redeemed against any other Migrateful service or product. | ||||||
| ● The voucher can only be used in one transaction. | ||||||
| 7. | Class cancellation | ● Where a booking has been made using a gift voucher and a request is received in accordance with our Migrateful ticket refund policy for the booking to be cancelled, email hello@migrateful.org for the voucher to be reissued / reconfigured to the original value of purchase for use at a later date. The initial expiry date at the time of issue will remain applicable. | ||||
| ● Migrateful reserves the right to change, cancel, or reschedule classes and services due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, the voucher holder will be provided with reasonable alternatives. | ||||||
| 8. | Amendments | ● Migrateful reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. | ||||
