By booking a private or corporate Online Cookery Class, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:
1. What’s Included:
- A cookery class with a Chef and a facilitator, during which you will learn how to make between one and three delicious dishes.
- The list of ingredients (with measurements) and equipment.
- A Zoom link through which the class will take place.
- A copy of the recipes (sent the day after).
2. Health & Safety
We would advise that participants wear shoes with fat, non-slip soles and covered toes, sensible clothing (not your Sunday best!), and tie back long hair. We are not liable for any damage that occurs to you or your guests, clothing or shoes as a result of your negligence.
We reserve the right to end a class early if in our opinion you or your guests behave in an unacceptable manner.
3. Dietary Requirements & Food Allergies
We are unable to accommodate dietary needs in our public classes but we clearly highlight the dietary suitability of the class menu (vegan, vegetarian, contains meat, contains fsh, contains pork). We recommend you only book into classes which suit your dietary preferences and requirements. However, you are welcome to join a class and skip out on any dishes which do not suit your preferences.
As you will be cooking in your own kitchen with ingredients you have purchased yourself, you can decide to skip on ingredients that do not match your dietary needs. Additional allergens may be in some store bought ingredients, depending on the brands, which have not been listed on the menu in the class description. Migrateful cannot advise or take responsibility for any ingredient substitutions.
4. Payment
All payments should be made in full prior to a cookery class taking place.
5. Cancellations & Refund Policy
Cancellations by participants
We have a 7-day notice policy for transfers and refunds. If you let us know 7 or more days in advance from the date of the class that you will not be able to make it, we will ensure that you are transferred into another class of your choice or receive a refund (refunds only include the ticket price. The Eventbrite fee is non-refundable). If you let us know less than 7 days in advance, we will not be able to transfer you to another class nor issue a refund. You may choose to give your ticket away to a friend who can attend on your behalf. Otherwise, we will treat it as a donation to Migrateful.
Cancellations by Migrateful
In the rare circumstances that the chef or facilitator is unwell or cannot attend, we will contact the participants as soon as possible and ofer them an alternative class or a refund (refunds only include the ticket price. The Eventbrite fee is non-refundable).
6. Copyright & Acceptable Usage
Full copyright of the Migrateful website and other related content, including recipe suggestions and recipes developed by Migrateful is retained by Migrateful. All recipes are for personal use only. The sharing of these materials by print, press,
photocopy, email, blogs, internet or any digital transfer medium is strictly prohibited without the express written permission of Migrateful.
